Expert Witness
William M. Coleman has been an expert witness in several cases where the expertise of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor is required during litigation. A C.V. is available upon request. The subject matter addressed usually involves issues of boundary conflict, Right-of-Way, water usage, and accident investigation.
